We would like to advise all our clients that on October 1, 2019 BlueBird IT will be replacing LogMeIn with a new Remote Access tool offering our clients more features, functionality, and most important of all, enhanced security.
If you are currently using LogMeIn and would like to retain your ability to Remotely Access your clinic, please contact our team at 416.931.2121 Option 1 or send us an email at email@example.com. One of our team members will set up your new Remote Access Account and provide you with instructions on how to use it.
Please note that after October 1st 2019 you will no longer be able to Remotely Access your clinic using LogMeIn.
For clients on a monthly support contract, there will be no additional cost for this transition. For clients who are not on BlueBird support contract a $10 monthly service charge will apply per user.
